This one (1) hour course focuses on providing positive and respect based supports. This course discusses how to positively impact the quality of life for people served by the DD service delivery system, how to make a difference in our professional & care giving relationships, and how to begin new conversations about what people with developmental disabilities want and need from us. This course also includes some Ohio Association of County Boards Good Life philosophies such as the “Must Haves” and examples of how to develop supports using a positive and respect based approach.
