The course will deepen your understanding of Medicaid basics, history, Medicaid local authority, federal requirements, home and community long term services, Medicaid waivers, optional vs. mandated Medicaid services, Medicaid provider standards, documentation requirements by type of service, audits, common mistakes on waiver reviews and tips for those reviews, and samples of documentation.
