Description
This one-hour course will assist you in understanding the Bill of Rights for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities. This course explains how to deal with uncertain situations when trying to determine what is in the best interest of the person while ensuring that the rights of the individual are upheld. The course continues to explain steps and avenues to take if a person you are working with is at risk of having his or her rights violated.
